Confirm and prepare the cruise group block
You are the Reservations Coordinator in Front Office.
What has happened
Southern Cross Cruise Passengers have a tentative block of 22 rooms for the night of 3 October before their New Zealand cruise departs from Melbourne. The travel desk has now sent the rooming list with 44 names, two accessible room requirements, three dietary requirements for the group breakfast and a 7:30 am coach transfer. The block is still showing as tentative in the reservations register and the deadline to release unsold rooms is tomorrow. The Front Office Manager wants the block confirmed, rooms allocated, charges routed correctly and the arrival team briefed.

Evidence guide
Check that every room is allocated, the accessible rooms are held for the right guests, the billing split is unambiguous, and the dietary and transfer notes are written where the kitchen and porters will find them. The arrival sheet must be usable by a team member who has never seen the booking. Look for privacy-aware handling of the rooming list.
